We stayed at YOTEL for almost two weeks. The place is incredible. It was very clean (both the rooms and the common areas). We chose to have breakfast included and we couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. The breakfast was buffet style continental. Also we liked that it had lactose free choices. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and ours was on the 7th floor with a great view. Spacious bed with a flat screen that connected to your phone to stream Netflix YouTube or whatever you like. The hotel is well located only 5 minutes from Farringdon station that enabled you to travel across London in no time. Also there was a bus station outside of the hotel that was very convenient as it had also a 24hr bus. Also, there was a tesco market and co op market within 5 minutes from the hotel. Great choice if you are visiting London. We definitely recommend it.

Good and helpful service, kind staff. The hotel is new with a young vibrant design, although the furniture in the small room a bit gawky. located 4 minutes walk from the tube and the Elizabeth line. Can be easily reached to Shoreditch or south bank with the bus. Shower is divided from the room with glass, sink is inside the room, so can fits to couples only. Room was clean, towels changed everyday. For us the breakfast was not so good, one time the bagel had mold, coffee was bad.

The location of the hotel was close to train (Elizabeth line from/to Heathrow airport in roughly 35min) and bus stations, and not too far from King's Cross St Pancreas and Holborn if you'd like to walk. Cafés close by that serves pastries and English breakfast. We had the "Queen room" and it was bright, tidy and clean. We liked the firm bed and bonus that it was adjustable. It was also great that schampoo and conditioner were also provided as well as hand and body cream.

The check-in was extremely smooth. Needing to use a roomkey to use the elevator adds to a sense of safety. Additionally, I was really surprised to find that the room's bathroom was fitted with two emergency cords, a shower chair and a rail. As a frequent cane user, I was so pleasantly surprised to find that I could sit in the shower after a long day. View of the nearby church from the room's window was also nice.

I really enjoyed the overall design, bed, staff, aesthetics. Clearly a smart-hotel. We didn't have breakfast included on our reservation, but there were good options around the hotel. Location was great. Tube station in a 5 minute-walk from the hotel. Bus station in front of the hotel. St Paul's Cathedral 20 minute-walk away from the hotel. Safe area. Not touristy, which is great.
